What this site collects
This website does not have forms and does not ask you to submit personal information. We do not run accounts or sell anything online. The way to reach us is by phone or email.

Phone calls
When you call, we collect the phone number you call from and the details you give us about the job, such as your address and the problem. We use them to dispatch a plumber, to give you a price and to follow up on the work.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We tell callers if a recording notice applies, and you can ask us not to continue if you do not agree.
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Sharing
We share job details with the plumber assigned to your call and with vendors that help us run the business, such as phone and hosting providers. We do not sell your information. We may disclose it if the law requires.
